Traditional Program

Purpose: This program is designed for the person who have strong support locally by family, friends and
others.

Tore’s Home Services (THS) will come out on an hourly basis and provide the following services based on
your needs:

• Light housekeeping
• Personal hygiene like bathing/dressing/toileting etc.
• Assistance with self-administration of medication
• Transportation to doctor’s appointments
• Shopping
• … and more

Adopt a “Family” Program/Comprehensive Plan

Purpose: The Adopt a Family Program is designed for clients who moved to Brevard and who have family spread across the country or who have local family who is too busy with other obligations to be able to care for their parents in their own home.

Benefits of this program:

• Custom made and changeable program
• Maximize privacy by not having caregivers in your house all day
• Access help when needed
• Stay in your own home longer
• Proactive approach to care
• In many cases we may be able to bypass the traditional Assisted Living facility level of care in YOUR home

Some of the services offered can look like the following:

• On Call services 24/7
• Assistance with Self Administration of medication
• Transportation
• Phone call check-ins
• We may spend 10 minutes on a visit or several hours doing house-keeping or taking the client to a doctor’s appointment
• Much of our work will be done outside of the client’s home. For example, when we go grocery
  shopping, we may shop for several clients instead of just one client like we do under the hourly
  program
• Delivery of ready-made meals prepared in our commercial kitchen
• In short, THS will act as the client’s “family”

Daily Respite Care

Purpose: The Daily Respite Care is designed for the person who is taking care of a loved one at home
and is in need of respite care during the week (Monday-Friday) 

• Least expensive for the caregiver who needs assistance with a loved one
• Have your loved one be around like-minded people
• Peace of mind
• Privacy for the caregivers to give them a true break.

Purpose: This program is for the person who is seeking community but do not want to maintain their

• own home any longer and want to be around younger people.
  Purpose driven living:
• Come join our Intergenerational Community
• Our Independent Living Apartments are targeted for the middle market
• No buy-in fees
• Don’t pay for services and amenities you do not need or want
• Within minutes (less than 1.5 miles from downtown Brevard’s shops, bakeries, restaurants
• Enjoy concerts at local venues
• Participate in local educational opportunities

 Ala cart menu for services needed – you decide what you need
 Customized program for each resident

Amenities included in base fee:
 All inside and outside maintenance provided
 Utilities
 Transportation within Brevard Monday-Friday 9am-5pm to medical appointments
 Groceries delivered once per week per YOUR shopping list
 Bi-Weekly house keeping
 Priority placement for advanced care when needed in Tore’s Home. (Must meet admission
criteria. Call for details.)
Additional services offered can look like the following (additional customized fees will apply):
 Assistance with Self Administration of medication
 Phone call check-ins
 We may spend 10 minutes on a visit or several hours doing housekeeping or taking the client to
a doctor’s appointment
 Assistance coordinating care
 Delivery of ready-made meals prepared in our commercial kitchen
 Assistance with personal care
 Around the clock on call support
 In short, we will act as the client’s family
